Bridge Leisure Parks aquired Sand le Mere Holiday Village in September 2010, since then we have been undertaking a £5 Million improvements programme. This investment has included pitch developments, general upgrades and most importantly a brand new leisure complex to service this park as it grow from 500 bases to 900.

 

The new complex consists of an indoor pool with splash zone, coffee shop, gym, soft play area, arcade, retail shop, bar/restaurant area, entertainment venue and external play areas. This is a unique opportunity and challenge for the right candidate to set up, open and develop what will be one of the premier park facilities on the East coast.

 

The right candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and standards across a multi site venue. The ability to motivate and develop a team along with understanding and knowledge of financial targets and information will also be key. This is a permanent role which will be rewarded with a very competitive salary and bonus package which is negotiable with the right candidate.

 

Further to this there is the opportunity to develop this role within the company, Bridge Leisure Parks currently look after 6 parks, three of which have complex/retail requirements. The right candidate could develop their role to look after all three.
