| Description |
| Key responsibilites for this positon will include but are not limited to:
Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is maintained at all times,
Ensure all hygiene records are completed on a daily basis,
Preparation and cooking of all consumables as orderedby our customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times,
Work to menu specifications and adhere to the portion control of their meals,
Assist in ensuring consistent stock take results are achieved by maintaining good Stock rotation practices and keeping the volume of wastage to a minimum,
Respond positively to customer feedback on the quality of meals,
The successful candidate will hold a food and hygiene certificate, ideally also city and guilds or NVQ equivalent but not essential. Must be able to work in a busy environment under own initiative.
The suitable candidate will be offered free accommadation in a static caravan
