The operator said web bookings are now its main revenue channel, and it expects to see an even greater proportion of holidays booked online in 2009.
Alison Dunn, head of e-commerce, said: ‘Haven has invested £41m on enhancements to our holiday parks for 2009. Our new website design reflects this investment.
‘The new website features new video footage to give customers a real feel of what is available on the parks, as well as providing an efficient and user-friendly way of booking their holiday online.’
As well as the £41m upgrade at the parks, Haven has increased its website investment and worked with digital specialists Nucleus on the new site.
Haven owns and operates 35 holiday parks around the UK, catering for around 500,000 families each year. |
